Having some free time today, feel like penning down my business thoughts so here it goes, Starting my business.
I still remember clearly what drives me to start my business 12 years back, Year 1997. My hobby. Yes my interest in computing sets me off on my business venture. Me and my buddy decided to just try it out since we have similar interest and also his dad has a retail shopfront for us to house our business.
So with five thousand each, we started our business. It was real fun in the beginning, we were excited and everyday you can see new things in the office and everyday there is changes in the office. we bought furniture, bought accessories, peripherals and software for our business. It was sheer hardwork everyday, but at the end of the day, when you see things moving and changing you have a sense of achivement. I was 22 on that year.
Being young and energetic, we work hard and real hard. Sometimes we skipped meals so that we can get the work done fast. As things happen very fast, We had lesser time for ourselves and our family, I spent on average 15 hours on my business everyday. 7 days a week.
That was how I live back then. Reach home, bath and then sleep. wake up and back to office. Thinking back, I still feel that it was worth the sacrifice. When young people of my age then were hard partying after work, I was busy with my business.

I will talk more about my experience of running a business and what are the things to look out for. I feel that running a online business is also the same as it needs the basic of Business “your passion and the fire inside you” to keep your business going, which I strongly believe on this point.
